By creating a custom email address in your Recode account, you can send an email to someone in the Recode community without needing to leave your website.
To get started, follow these simple steps: Sign in to your Recodes account.
Click the “Settings” link next to your email preferences.
Click “Add” next to “Email Address.”
Select “Custom Address.”
Follow the prompts.
Once the email is created, you’ll need to set it up in your email client to send it.
Here are some common email templates you can use to create your own customized email address: Email template for the Recodes website template.
This template lets you create a personalized email address for yourself or your company.
It also includes some other important settings like subject line and body text.

Google has also created a free template for Gmail users.
Email templates created for Microsoft Outlook.

This email template will let you customize your email address to include only the important bits of information.
